My leadership journey has been less about climbing positions and more about growing in wisdom, responsibility, and impact. Through every experience, one thing has remained constant — my commitment to leading with integrity, clarity, and care for people.
Starting my career with a foundation in finance and governance, as a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, MBA, and Certified Fraud Examiner, over time, I moved from functional leadership into full-scale business leadership with P&L responsibility.
I took on CEO-level role during challenging time for the organization I led. Instead of managing decline, I chose to rebuild — restructuring operations, reviving culture, and reigniting ambition.
